Diana is the founder of Pepi Design Group, established in Southampton, NY in 2003. Her area of expertise is in Brand Identity and Development which are supported by a full range of multimedia services including Web Design, Social Media Marketing, Advertising and Signage. She sits on the Parrish Art Museum’s Business Member Council, is on the Board of the Hampton Bays Chamber of Commerce and is a Docent for the Southampton History Museum’s Annual House and Garden Tours. Diana is fluent in Italian and visits her family in Italy and Ireland regularly.

Joanna is a veteran of the NY ad agency world, former Omnicom EVP Executive Creative Director. She has worked in every type of media for every kind of category–from infant formula to advantage Medicare plans, financial to pharmaceutical, high-tech to tour and travel. She has been lucky enough to partner with Diana 3 times in their careers. Their work together on Pfizer Lipitor winning a Gold Pencil for best integrated campaign.
Joanna splits her time between NYC and Amagansett and aspires to one day match Diana’s culinary skills.
