Ric Stott has been heavily involved with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) for the past 30 years. He is a member of the National Council of Architectural Review Boards (NCARB), the American Institute of Architects Committee on Architecture for Justice, the United States Green Building Council, and the American Solar Energy Society.

We wanted to create a logo that was architectonic which also housed the word 'architecture' under the 2 T's in the name Stott, as if it were under a roofed structure.
